Our technicians provide on-site equipment analysis and a comprehensive parts inventory to do repairs quickly and efficiently. If necessary, a free loaner will be provided until your machine is repaired. It’s your single source of supply, training, and repair for all your equipment needs.

Delivery & Set-up

Training

Simplex will schedule training for your personnel on the operation, maintenance and safety of your new equipment and will continue to provide training as needed throughout the life of the machine. Multilingual training and training media are available.

Equipment Repair / Free Loaner

Simplex will provide onsite repairs when necessary, with our fully stocked fleet of service vans. If a repair cannot be made onsite, Simplex will leave you a FREE loaner machine to use until yours is repaired eliminating any costs relating to down time.

Extended Warranty

Extended warranty available. Simplex will extend the manufacturer’s “standard” warranty for parts and labor for an additional one year.
